Intro To Canicross
For those new to Canicross, we offer 1 hour taster sessions, these are 1:1 and include measuring up for the kit you require as well as the loan of kit, and are a guided session with Louisa our DogFit Certified Canicross Trainer.
If you are new to running we can tailor the session to that also and can incorporate some walking and light jogging. Sessions can always be modified accordingly. All you need is your dog and some suitable running shoes!
All new participants must sign the pre-exercise forms prior to attending. These will be emailed out to you beforehand.

I recently had my first Cani-cross run with Louisa, and it was an incredible experience! I’m now eager to get a harness because running hands-free with my dog was such a joy, and it saved my back compared to the waist leads I’ve tried before. These harnesses really support you by going around your legs. Louisa is an outstanding coach—knowledgeable, patient, and such a fun person to be around. I highly recommend booking a session with her; she truly knows her stuff and was fantastic with my dog, Bennie. I can’t wait for more sessions in the future! Plus, her lovely dog Max came along to keep Bennie company, and he enjoyed having a buddy to run with. Thank you, Lou, for an amazing time!
